Due to the closure of Lime Kiln Road on Tuesday, January 14th, patients at RAHC – Kendal Drive will follow West Nelson St./Rt 60 West out of Lexington, left on Borden Road then left on Alum Springs Road, linking back up with Lime Kiln Rd., making a left and then right onto Enfield Road, entering Kendal as normal.
