Mandi McComas, NP-C, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner providing primary care to patients of all ages. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Paramedics with a minor in Emergency Services, as well as a Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Mary Baldwin University Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences.

A lifelong resident of Rockbridge County, Mandi’s commitment to healthcare began early. She joined the Fairfield Rescue Squad at age 16 and pursued a career in emergency medical services, becoming a paramedic and EMS educator in the Shenandoah Valley. Her experiences in emergency care inspired her to further her education and take a proactive approach to patient wellness.

Mandi is deeply connected to her community. She is a life member of the Fairfield Rescue Squad, actively participates in Raphine Christian Church, and comes from a family of farmers. As the first in her family to earn a college degree, she is proud to serve her community in a role that allows her to improve health outcomes and build lasting relationships with her patients.

In her spare time, Mandi enjoys photography and spending time with her family on their cattle farm, which is home to a variety of animals, including a pig named Marshmallow and a dog named Ellie.
