Rockbridge Area Health Center seeks a full-time staff physician. The Staff Physician provides patient-centered health care within a community-based setting and strives to improve general health and well-being through prevention, education, and treatment. Activities involve direct patient care, physical assessment, diagnosis and treatment, provision of preventive care, referral for specialty services as needed, and follow-up. Candidates must be board certified, or board eligible, licensed independent practitioner who devotes his/her professional services to the benefit of Rockbridge Area Health Center. RAHC provides integrated medical, dental and behavioral health care services in a new and modern facility.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor 

Rockbridge Area Health Center seeks a full-time mental health counselor to function as part of the integrated primary and behavioral health care team responsible for providing evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy for patients with mental health conditions and behaviors.  This includes managing screening and assessment for these conditions, treatment planning, crisis intervention, monitoring mental health referrals for patients with high acuity mental health needs; coordinating care for complex patients with co-morbid mental health and physical conditions and co-morbid mental health and substance abuse conditions.  Effective skills for individual/group therapy and collaborative clinical care in a fast-paced, integrated medical setting are essential.  Experience in assessment and treatment of substance use disorders is preferred.  Competitive salary with benefits.  To apply, please submit cover letter and resume hr@rockahc.org or click here to apply online.
