Kim Escudero, M.D. moved to the Shenandoah Valley in June 2015. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Siena College, a Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College and completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of California at Irvine. Dr. Escudero was actively involved with Mammoth Medical Missions, a volunteer non-profit group dedicated to providing medical care to underserved and disaster affected-communities around the world. Additionally, she was a commissioner with First Five of California, a group which promotes health and development in children aged 0-5. Dr. Escudero joined RAHC in 2017 as a Board Certified Pediatrician, caring for children from birth to age 18. She bring with her 20 years of pediatric experience. Her special interests include nutrition and asthma.
Dr. Escudero enjoys her free time with her husband, an orthopedic surgeon, and 3 children, raising animals on their farm, mountain biking and exploring the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains.
